TCE4435THP delivers a 2 stage, variable speed motor for ultimate control. You can work faster on average tires and delicately on difficult ones. Plus, cylinder operation is 40% faster which speeds up bead breaking process. TCE4435THP is the result of a comprehensive technical study producing the most stable and long lasting design in the industry. This greatly reduces mount/demount flexion (on average 30% less than competitors) so damage to wheels and tire-beads is virtually eliminated. - Versatility to change tires on virtually any car, light-truck and motorcycle (with optional accessory kit) found in North America.
- Large and robust turntable with standard clamping capacity of 22" external and 24" internal. TCE4435THP can accommodate assembly’s up to 43" (1,100 mm) diameter up to a maximum width of 12".
- Pedal controlled 2 speed turntable (7 rpm and 15 rpm) allows for exact torque as needed.
- Enhanced inflation speed (25% faster than benchmark competitor) with jaw-integrated inflation system including tower-mounted gauge for simple and fast adjustment
- MASSIVE 5 ½" x 5 ½" tilt tower maximizes robustness and rigidity of the most stressed component of a tire changer.
- Automatic tilt tower equipped with a cushioned cylinder for fast but smooth movement. The 4" tilt-tower cylinder ensures the m/d head remains stationary, virtually eliminating tire & wheel damage in the process of changing.
- Vertical arm, with hexagonal section, enhances rigidity and greatly reduces flexion.
- Bead breaker pad shape is designed to avoid any marring of the wheel face.
- Adjustable tire-lubricant holder accommodates varying sizes of lubricant containers.
- 4-point adjustable bead breaker offers strong and fast operation while, at the same time, protects the integrity of the tire and the finish of the wheel both internally and externally.
- Standard roller board for better operator ergonomics. Allows operator to easily roll tire into position during bead breaking when repositioning is required.
